The Rude Pundit Goes to a Town Hall Meeting

On Friday, August 14, 2009, the Rude Pundit attended a town hall meeting with Democratic Congressman Steve Rothman in Fairview, New Jersey. While the sound ain’t the best due to the setting being a gym and the air conditioning blazing, the Rude Pundit includes here and interview with two elderly women, one against health care reform and one for it. The meeting wasn’t the raucous jamboree others have been, but listen to the crowd’s reaction to the liberal woman when she speaks to Rothman. And listen to Rothman explain things more clearly than almost anyone involved in this process.
